**Job Description**:

As Client Engagement Manager (CEM) you have the opportunity to be part of South Central Europe region Sales&Apps team. In the role, you will operate in a global environment and will have the unique opportunity to explore the most advanced technologies with your clients. You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business. You will be reframing the client’s thinking and build consensus for Microchip’s solutions, co-creating value with them by delivering the freedom to innovate. You’ll leverage your technical passion and competences to help clients thrive in their business.
More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:
- Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business- Follow the latest market trends in transportation & automotive industry and identify new fields of play and Clients- Create valid business reasons for the new Leads and the Clients to engage with Microchip on the early stage of their new programs- Use creative approaches for new client engagements and problem-solving activities- Identify the key client stakeholders and coach those stakeholders to build consensus for Microchip’s solutions within their organization- Contribute and participate within a global team environment to successfully develop and implement the Microchip sales strategies across client’s divisions and geographical locations- Communicate effectively with Microchip product divisions providing quantifiable feedback and ROI for their investments in the clients.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in a business and/or engineering discipline with a strong academic track record- 2+ years of work experience- Experience in E-Mobility- Insights on car makers or other mobility providers are highly welcome but not mandatory- Proven track record of successfully driven design-wins and closure
