**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Health & Safety Specialist** to support the implementation and monitoring of health and safety compliance processes for the Milano Cortina 2026 workforce.
- Support the tracking of training and onboarding completion using digital platforms.
- Help maintain and update workforce databases with accurate and timely information.
- Respond to basic inquiries from workforce members during the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure documentation and timelines are aligned.
- Assist in organizing virtual or in-person welcome activities and info sessions.
- Provide administrative support for the collection of feedback and survey responses.
- Contribute to team meetings and help prepare materials and reports as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Up to 1 year of experience in workforce support, HR, administration, events, or related roles.
- Interest in workforce engagement, onboarding, or large-scale event operations.
- Good organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Excel and digital tools for data entry and tracking.
- Team player, flexible and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to occasionally travel to event venues if required.
