A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel, struttura alberghiera 4 stelle luxury, per ampliamento dell’organico ricerca la seguente figura professionale: **Pastry Chef **(rif."PC_2021") La risorsa inserita si occuperà della produzione e, insieme alla brigata di pasticceria, della gestione del laboratorio. Nello specifico, il ruolo prevede le seguenti mansioni: - Si occupa delle preparazioni base, lievitati, pane e croissants, torte, crostate e dolci al piatto - Sceglie gli ingredienti rispettando gli standard di qualità stabiliti - Misura le dosi seguendo le procedure previste - E' responsabile per l'esecuzione della propria partita - Rispetta le norme HACCP ed è responsabile della cura e della manutenzione delle attrezzature professionali presenti nel laboratorio (macchinari per la lavorazione dell’impasto, la lievitazione e la cottura). **REQUISITI**: La persona che desideriamo incontrare ha maturato un’esperienza analoga in strutture alberghiere di simile categoria; ha esperienza consolidata nella pasticceria classica e moderna, incluso il cake design. E’ proattiva, dinamica, creativa e ha passione per la pasticceria. Completano il profilo: - Ottima gestione dello stress - Ottime capacità relazionali e di coordinamento - Disponibilità e flessibilità al lavoro su turni, domenicali e festivi - Attitudine al problem solving - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Costituisce requisito preferenziale aver partecipato a recenti corsi di aggiornamento.
