What you will do

Reporting to the Head of Finance Operations and managing 2 people, the Service (ME + IW) & Quality Senior Controller will be responsible to coordinate indirectly local Service Finance Controllers and interface with Service (ME + IW) Managers across Haier Europe, to guarantee financial transparency, business performance tracking and internal control environment supporting company business development and expansion opportunities, optimizing Inventory, overall Variable and Fixed Cost base, while ensuring full visibility at the Total Cost of Quality for Haier Europe.

Main activities:

- Coordinate the Service (ME+IW) controlling team in the daily activities as well as in the planning
- Supports the Service (ME+IW) controlling team in pricing and trade spend analysis to ensure strategy is deployed in line with the plan, identifying gaps, proposing/discussing action plans
- Ensure accurate tracking of the Total Cost of Quality at Haier Europe
- Ensure quality financial information is used by the business for decision making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood, preparing and reviewing appropriate reporting
- Review monthly performance and identify areas of risk to achievement of targets and forecasts and develop/follow up action plans
- Promotes and is a key actor to reinforce Forecast accuracy on the Top line indicators
- Business partner for Total Cost of Quality monitoring across Haier Europe.
- Be the Ambassador of the Finance Community within Service ME and In Warranty organization, to ensure transparency, alignment, and proactive collaboration
- Custodian of internal controls and assurance that trade spend practices comply with internal and external guidelines
- Leverage Customer Contribution Statement as a Management Tool: coordinate the deployment across the Region
- Share best practices among the markets in the region, cross fertilizing in the direction of continuous improvement

What you need to succeed

**Requirements**:
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree in Economics;
- At least 5-10 years of experience in Business Unit controllership;
- Fluent English; any other foreign language would be a plus
- Communication and interpersonal skills, influencing skills;
- Team working attitude;
- Confident to work in an international context;
- Flexibility; Self-challenging attitude;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Excel (advanced)

Nice to have
- Experience as logistic/supply chain controller
- SAP and Hyperion knowledge
