**About the role**:
This is a supporting role within the organization and a key player within the team. They will establish and reinforce a company culture defined by dedication to customers, quality, performance, results, collaboration and accountability.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Autonomous management of the tenders assigned, ensuring the correctness of all phases of the tender procedure; in particular through:

- Check with the Business Units of the tenders of interest
- Accurate analysis of the specifications
- Monitoring compliance with deadlines and the activities required of all the players involved, ensuring the execution of the tender in total safety
- Management of administrative, technical and economic documentation
- Updating company archives with a specific focus on awarding contracts
- Updating of contracts and preparation of documentation in the post-tender phase (additions, extensions, improvements, etc.)

**About you**
- At least 2 years previous tender experience
- Excel proficient
- Knowledge of regional tender databases.
- Knowledge of the European Procurement Contract
