Pfizer is hiring a motivated and innovative Vaccines Sr Country Brand Manager to be included in our Vaccine Business Unit for Italy reporting directly to the Vaccine BU Lead based in Rome.

- Our mission is to give customers access to our Vaccines considering their needs. The Vaccines Sr Country Brand Manager will be responsible to guarantee the right strategies at National and Regional level and lead the cross functional teams for the implementation and tactics successful executions

- _ Having experience of interaction with internal and external stakeholders._
- Primary Responsibilities
- The Vaccines Sr Country Brand Manager will be accountable for defining the marketing & communication plan, supporting the development of country brand operating plan, being aligned with Global guidelines and adapt them at local level. She/He will support the preparation of the Business Review of the Vaccine Business Unit.
- What You Offer

Basic Qualifications
- University Degree (economic or scientific)
- Solid experience in Specialty Marketing roles in or above country
- Track record of innovation, leadership and significant contribution to the growth of the brands
- Knowledge of local pharmaceutical market and healthcare environment
- Business Acumen - understanding of revenues drivers for the brand in local Country
- Fluency in Italian and English

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work in an international environment, navigating the complexity and employing strategic networking skills
- Solid experience in matrix organization
- Experience in Digital engagement plans
- Expertise in public speaking
