**CAREER SERVICE ASSISTANT**
**(MATERNITY LEAVE REPLACEMENT)**
The figure will join the Career Service Unit located in Milan that provides internship and placement opportunities for Italian and international students of NABA with companies of Art & Design sector for Rome School.
- Assure the administrative services related to internship activities (contracts, documents and agreements with respect of laws and policies) and constantly be informed about the latest update of all law and bureaucratic issues related to internship at national and regional level;
- Prepare the related contracts, documents and agreements with respect of laws and policies;
- Guarantee the front end services with students, in order to guarantee high level of placement services and to give students of NABA detailed information on their career path development
- Assure the data entry activities and analysis;
- Support the recruitment of the students aligned to company requirements, in order to offer them internship and placement opportunities, in the revision of the curriculum vitae and portfolio of NABA students and in the correct execution of web-based platform for job posting of the companies;
- Support the reporting activities on internship and placement opportunities for graduated and graduating students of NABA.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Work location: Rome
University Degree in Humanities like HR, Labor Psychology or Law.
B2 level of English
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel especially)
Previous short professional experience in recruiting, front office with international students is desirable
Highly motivated, customer-oriented, precise, team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
