- Summary
- Viatris targets to continuously enhance its Omnichannel ecosystem and we need team members who will govern these channels including, but not limited to, portals for health care professionals, patient and pharmacy portals, e-commerce platforms & integrations, marketing automation platforms, and data hub for profile and consent records, ensuring business continuity and continuous improvement of service model and processes.
- The Global Omnichannel Product Manager will work as a member of the Global Omnichannel Enablement Organization reporting to “Pull-Channels Strategy and Platform Lead’’
- Main Responsibilities
- Understand:

- Drive Product discovery, from the conceptualization phase of ideas to generating insights to ensure the right customer and business value.
- Align and communicate with global/regional/country stakeholders, such as marketing, medical, IT, etc. to define the need, prioritize, build omnichannel capabilities, and plan the country rollouts.
- Act as a bridge between global and local functions, be the single point of contact person for all platform-related inquiries
- Effective analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, facilitate visualization and utilize relevant tools (MS Excel, Google Analytics, Miro, Power BI)
- Ideate:

- Partner with the Omnichannel Enablement platform leaders and key stakeholders to define & design Viatris’ future omnichannel ecosystem with a specific focus on building the best-in-class Health Care Professional platform in the pharma industry.
- Work with cross-functional business teams across Viatris, orchestrating these agile teams around the globe, to define requirements and product vision, which will be translated into an executable roadmap, detailed product requirements, and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Execute:

- Drive product discovery at a global level, from the conceptualization phase of ideas to define localization decisions and roll-out to regions/countries.
- Improve customer experience by developing actionable insights based on competitors & technology research and developing creative solutions to solve customer pain points and increase the outreach of products.
- Moderate daily agile team meetings, raise flags, and remove blockers when necessary.
- Reflect:

- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior data over the platforms with a full-funnel KPI framework to create actionable plans.
- Decide on metrics and KPIs to follow, request / create dashboards, and react accordingly.
- Run retrospective meetings to learn, improve and celebrate.
- Qualifications / Requirements
- A Problem Solver - You love solving problems and have high attention to detail, confident in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. You’re able to take an ambiguous question, develop a solid action plan, and drive execution against that plan with a cross-functional team.
- Process-Oriented - You’re known as someone detail-oriented and highly organized. You love building scalable operational processes that transform a company’s operations. Previous experience in owning and leading all aspects of the product lifecycle, including backlog grooming, triage, prioritization, business requirement documentation (BRD), and cross-functional coordination across multiple teams.
- A Quick Learner - You’re a quick learner who can both see the big picture and dive into the details. You love understanding the systems and processes that make programs run. You enjoy taking on a challenge and learning something new. Proven experience and delivery records in Sitecore Ecosystem will be a plus.
- A Strong Communicator - You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and you can use those skills to influence cross-functional matrix projects and teams.
