**THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER**
- Responsible for leading the Mechanical Team
- Monitoring and maintaining a productive workshop with engaged Mechanics
- Setting daily targets to Mechanical Team, ensuring targets are achieved and celebrated
- Repairing Scooters & Bikes performing maintenance task to the highest quality
- Ensuring all vehicles within the workshop are sheltered and in the correct state
- Assist in the set up of the Mobile Mechanical Team
- Assisting with stock management
- Onboarding and training new and existing Mechanics
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workshop, keeps workshop clean
- Reports to Operations Manager

**YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience with repair tasks of a similar kind
- Good understanding of Mechanics & electrics
- Physically fit, craftly
- Can structure tasks & lead others
