**As we are establishing a top-notch TA function in LEO Pharma, we need a strong and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner in each of our three biggest European markets - France, Italy and Germany. LEO Pharma has embarked on an ambitious journey to become the world's preferred dermatology care partner - and that means bringing in critical talent to support the transformation.**
As our new TA partner, you will be a trusted advisor for the business as you secure the right talent, at the right time for our organization.
**The job**
As a successful TA Partner you manage to land the critical hires you are responsible for, while also establishing yourself as a the go-to person for everything TA related. When the business has challenges, you (and the colleagues in your team) will identify solutions. Each of the three roles are located in the country they support as it will be necessary to be physically in the office from time to time. However, LEO Pharma does have flexible rules for working from home.
**Qualifications**
- You hold a bachelor´s degree within HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication or similar.
- We expect TA Partners to have experience recruiting a broad variety of profiles in the local market and typically handle 50+ hires per year. We also expect you to be familiar with various assessment methods and sourcing channels. In addition to that, you are fluent the local language of the country you will be supporting as well as in English.
- Your personal drive makes it natural for you to manage many different and sometimes complex recruitment processes and reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve in accomplishing your goals. You perform independently and create lasting trustful relations to hiring managers and other stakeholders in your country. At the same time, you are a team-player and value close cooperation and sharing of knowledge.
- You have a demonstrated ability to switch between careful planning and flexible here-and-now solutioning and you manage to keep the overview while dealing with details.
**Additional Information**
**Your new team**
You'll be part of Global Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition Europe. This team consists of 9 TA Partners spread across Denmark (HQ), Poland, Ireland and now also France, Italy and Germany. Other parts of the Global Talent Acquisition team will support recruitments in the USA as Asia businesses, as well as our global employer branding efforts, our technology, process improvements, and executive search. The Global Talent Acquisition team is part of the Global Center of Excellence which is also responsible for, Leadership development, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion and Agile Ways of working.
