We are on the lookout for an emerging talent, newly graduated in a scientific discipline to join our Industrial Operations Technology Transfer group. You'll be a highly motivated individual, recently graduated in biological sciences, chemical sciences, chemical engineering or pharmaceutical sciences, quick to learn, and ready to develop advanced interpersonal skills to help you quickly fit into your team and our company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to embark on a one-of-a-kind professional journey.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
When you've completed a comprehensive onboarding and training program, you'll be an active part of the team, supporting the critical phases of structuring commercial offers and contributing to the technical aspects of contract agreements documentation.

Helping to prepare suitable project business cases during the initial key project phase, will provide an excellent chance for personal growth.

You will be directly interacting with the Financial Controller of internal subsidiaries/manufacturing sites as well as external suppliers and take responsibility for monitoring and controlling the flow of accounting documents, tracking project costs and expenses to ensure alignment with the estimated budget. You will work closely with internal team members, to ensure the correct and systematic electronic archival storage of project documentation.

This position demands a proactive approach and a continuous commitment to learning and professional development, whist also offering the chance to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, with the goal of making a significant contribution to the success and smooth operation of the Technology Transfer group's projects.
