Midsummer Italia is now preparing to start up the production facility in Bari and are currently looking for 3 Junior Sales Engineers.

**Job description**:
As a Junior Sales Engineer at Midsummer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Manager as part of a sales team by providing technical expertise and product knowledge to potential customers. This includes assisting with product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support during the sales process. You will also help identify customer needs and tailor solutions, contributing to the overall sales strategy and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with some years of experience to develop their sales capabilities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales team and support the Sales Manager to understand potential customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- You’ll contribute to the building and management of the customer portfolio by analysing market trends and identifying new opportunities.
- Provide technical support to future customers during the sales process, addressing their technical questions and concerns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our product line and its technical specifications.
- Assist in developing and maintaining sales-related technical documentation.
- Assist in sales negotiations, manage customer relationships, and provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 1 - 2 years of sales experience of technical products
- Excellent understanding of technical products
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated to achieve measurable results and focused on customer satisfaction.
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to grow with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Minimum B2 level of English
- A big plus is knowledge of the Spanish and/or Portuguese language
