Possiede una buona conoscenza dell’impiantistica di grandi strutture (elettricità MT&BT, climatizzazione, idraulica, telefonia, trasmissione dati, antincendio) e dei relativi programmi di gestione.

**Il profilo ricercato dovrà occuparsi di**:

- Assicurarsi che lo stato di manutenzione dell’immobile e degli impianti sia costantemente adeguato alle esigenze del servizio, nel rispetto degli standard della Compagnia e delle norme di sicurezza previste dalla legislazione.
- Effettuare interventi di vario genere dalla piccola edilizia, all’idraulica, all’elettricità o altro. Pertanto è richiesta versatilità e capacità in tutti i settori.
- Coordinare gli eventuali interventi delle ditte esterne verificando lo stato di avanzamento e valutando la correttezza dei lavori.
- Elaborare il fabbisogno di attrezzature, di materiali e di interventi da effettuare in Hotel, utili alla formulazione del budget.Costituiscono requisiti fondamentali: disponibilità a lavorare su turni, flessibilità, ottima manualità, spirito di iniziativa, buone doti di problem solving, precisione e gestione dello stress.
