**Riportando al Direttore, lo/la Chef si occuperà di**:
elaborare i menù secondo gli indici di gradimento della clientela e le tendenze del mercato;
garantire che la presentazione dei piatti sia sempre impeccabile e che si svolga secondo gli standard della Compagnia e nel rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie e di sicurezza;
approvvigionamento dei prodotti, gestendo le relazioni con i fornitori;
pianificare ed assicurare la corretta organizzazione del reparto in relazione ai dati di occupazione forniti dagli altri reparti.

E’ richiesta inoltre un’approfondita conoscenza del mercato locale.
