Possiede ottime capacità organizzative, previsionali e relazionali, oltre ad un buon grado di intraprendenza e proattività, orientamento al cliente e ai risultati, capacità di gestione del team, flessibilità e problem solving. Ha inoltre un’ottima conoscenza amministrativa del conto economico, del labour cost, del foodcost e dei sistemi inventariali, delle normative igienico-sanitarie e degli applicativi informativi.

Completano il profilo l’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e di una seconda lingua, e ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informatici.

**Riportando al Direttore, avrà la responsabilità della**:
**Gestione Del Servizio**:
Lavora con lo Chef alla pianificazione di menu adeguati ai segmenti di clientela, supervisiona la preparazione dei piatti e del servizio nel rispetto dei criteri qualitativi della Compagnia e gestisce i complain nel rispetto delle procedure.

**Gestione del Conto Economico**:
Collabora con lo Chef e la Direzione Acquisti nella definizione degli ordini e nella stima e monitoraggio dei costi del F&B.

**Gestione del team**:
Pianifica ed assicura la corretta organizzazione del reparto in funzione dei dati di occupazione, ponendo attenzione anche agli aspetti motivazionali e formativi del proprio gruppo di lavoro.

E’ richiesta inoltre un’approfondita conoscenza del mercato locale
