Demalia is a marketing agency that has seen tremendous growth and success in the past years and as we continue to expand, we are growing our teamAnd we are looking for an Admin and Accounting specialist who loves “crunching numbers” and knows how to deal with people, both internally, clients and suppliers.

**--Main responsibilities---**
- Support communication, organization, and general business needs as necessary.

Control software and general expenses.
- Accounting: monthly closings, quarter closings, control of payments and debt collection, and bank reconciliation, multi-accounts and multi-currency.
- Provide support to the HR team, assisting with new hires (onboarding) and other benefits, being the middle point between the employees and HR.
- Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders to gather and document feedback.
- Keep your projects on track by managing the right people, materials, and support needed to get the job done.

**--What we’re looking for--**
- Fluent in Italian and English (English-speaking workplace)
- Mid level of Spanish is an advantage
- 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, international environment and similar position.
- knowledge about European taxation and accounting
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, kind & friendly
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, and complete them timely and effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Honest, trustworthy and respectful
