**Position Summary**

As a key player in our international partnerships and events team, you will help define the global strategy for our brand events and partnerships, focusing on S.Pellegrino Mineral Water, Sanpellegrino sparkling fruit beverages and Acqua Panna

Your expertise in designing and organizing events will be crucial as you manage events such as The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy, Cannes Film Festival, and the Michelin Guide.

We’re looking for a passionate and organized International Partnerships & Events Lead who thrives on making connections and crafting memorable moments.

**A day in the life of the International**Events & Sponsorship Lead**
- **
Contribute to Defining Strategy**: Help shape the global strategy for Italian Brands’ events and partnerships (S.Pellegrino and Sparkling Beverages).
- ** Project Management & Event Organization**: Lead the planning and execution of events from concept to completion, ensuring all aspects are meticulously organized, timelines are met, and budgets are adhered to.
- ** Manage Agencies**: Oversee agencies involved in partnerships and events, including event production, digital and content planning, and creator scouting and management.
- ** Support Governance**: Assist in establishing governance and alignment with markets, leading local events and sponsorships.
- ** Amplify Our Voice**: Develop amplification plans to ensure that each event is effectively communicated to consumers through digital strategies, PR, and engagement with creators.
- ** Manage Digital Communication**: Oversee digital communication for key global events, such as The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy, Cannes Film Festival, and the Michelin Guide.
- ** Set KPIs**: Define KPIs for all global events and provide guidelines for local activities to ensure success.
- ** Collaborate Across Functions**: Work closely with other functions such as CDT and marketing, taking the lead in chef management and engagement.
- ** Connect the Community**: Identify opportunities and collaborations for the chef community while working cross-functionally and across markets.

- Proven organizational and project management skills, with a track record of budget accountability.
- Excellent 360 communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience working in multifunctional teams and leading agencies and suppliers.
- A solid marketing background, with a passion for gastronomy preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with internal teams to implement event initiatives.
- Strategic planning and target-setting capabilities.
- Leadership skills and experience in managing indirect teams and agency relationships.
