Be surprised and experience your own wow moments.- Some of your Benefits Cafeteria/ Canteen Diversity & Inclusion Flexible work models International opportunities Safe environment - location_on - Pinerolo- Hybrid Work- trip_origin - Freudenberg Sealing Technologies S.a.s. di Externa Italia S.r.l.u.- You support our team as - CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**Responsibilities**: - Conducts order validations and entries; - Confirms customer order receipt, creation and delivery; - Monitor and tracks order statuses and manages claim cases and returns; - Provides clear and consistent communication between with customers and internal production; - Serves as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation; - Supports transfer projects and process improvement initiatives; - Handles routine maintenance of the Master Data System. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Languages Field, advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience; - Former experiences of customer service or sales assistant; - SAP system knowledge is a plus; - Professional-Level English, French and German languages skills. - Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. - Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach. - Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions. - Drive & Execution: Proactively identifies what needs to be done and takes action.
