As a member of the Global Quality team, you will be a guardian of Micron’s brand. You will contribute in innovating creative solutions to prevent problems with product performance before they occur and minimize the impact when they do. In all you do, you’ll demonstrate your technical knowledge and creativity to deliver efficient and effective solutions.

As an Intern at Micron Technology, Inc., you will work on project(s) that support quality and reliability processes/tools of DRAM products and help develop product reliability methodologies. You will contribute in developing tools and methods for Quality and Reliability assessments to meet metrics such as Defects per Million (DPM), Failures in Time (FIT), and Lifetime. In this role, you will work on DRAM Module and CXL related cross-functional engineering teams to support project that help improve product reliability.

**You will**:
**Develop reliability analysis to support New Product Qualifications**
- Support tool development for analysis methods/tools to estimate failure for DRAM DIMM.
- Support data analysis that helps in defining metrics and goals for qualification.
- Improve dashboards that enable monitoring of the product status.
- Analyze production data to develop and improve reliability performance of our products.
- Assess deviations for product quality and reliability risks
- Investigate data from manufacturing history to help improve product quality.
- Comprehend field failure rates relative to internal failure rates

**Education**:

- Enrolled in B.S./M.S./PhD in Engineering or related field of study

**Required Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Computer Science major
- Basic coding knowledge
- Data analysis skills
