**What you will be doing**
As part of the Central Marketing team based in Milano, you’ll report to the Head of Brand and Campaigns in the Brand & Communications Team. Your role will be crucial as you will be responsible for the day to day creative and production requirements of the internal Studio. Working closely alongside the creative agency you will deliver internally fully integrated, disruptive and effective campaigns that drive exponential and efficient growth as well as brand awareness and consideration. This is a super exciting time to join Satispay as it embarks on a new phase in its brand journey and we are looking to hire an experienced and energetic Creative Studio Lead.

Namely you will:

- Be a strong Creative Studio Lead managing high volumes of briefs as well as creative adaptation requirements at speed
- Manage 4 designers while constantly reviewing team resources to match and fulfil Studio requirements
- Consistently find new ways to innovate and be inventive to improve creativity and increase the ROI of our marketing campaigns.
- Embrace the brand vision and find the best to keep it consistent and fluid along all our assets while proactively contributing to its development.
- Create a strong and effective working relationships with the creative agency so you are both working in lockstep and harmony with each other on campaigns
- Run resource planning to meet KPIs

**What we need**
- 8+ years solid studio management experience gained either in an agency or in-house Studio environment
- Solid and previous team leadership skills managing teams up to 10+. He/she Is an effective team leader and performance manager.
- A passion for working for ‘challenger brands’ and pursuing with energy and enthusiasm original and groundbreaking ways to cut through the noise and make Satispay the most loved daily app for payments.
- Be a bit of a rebel - disrupting categories and challenging the status quo in strategy and execution.
- Experience in efficient management of design workflows and a reputation for being extremely organised and have an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to win over internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment, autonomously and within the team
- Team player attitude in any situation
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus
- Creative and production skills with an emphasis on production and traffic management while managing your internal clients within Satispay.
- A background and passion for ‘adaptation of creative’ and amendments into multiple formats of performance marketing campaigns and enjoy Traffic and Project Management to get work completed on time and to high standards
- Results driven approach having solid expertise and interest in campaign performances making real time changes to improve our ‘test and learn’ capabilities.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Indesign, Digital Publishing Suite.
- Broad knowledge of all the studio capabilities (motion, video, photography, audio etc.)
- Experience with Colour profiles, Capture One and Workflow studio systems e.g. DAM and Sample Management or other preferred systems.
