- **Specific Duties & Standards**

The Fund Accountant will undertake a number of fundamental tasks as follows:

- performing accounting activities for the assigned mandates
- performing daily checks and controls aiming to ensure total accuracy of all accounting data
- managing daily reconciliations breaks, following up on unsettled cash entries with the bank, including automated and manual cash reconciliations
- creating and Maintaining accurate reconciliation system records
- providing accurate information in cash reconciliations, including corporate action and income related entries and records
- participating in user acceptance of new / upgraded software as required.

**Experience**
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent (preferably in business or finance)
- Must have 1-2 years experience in the financial services industry
- Skills: Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of fund accounting activities
- English language spoken and written
