We are looking for a talented Sushi Chef to join our team here at Zuma. Our Sushi Chefs are passionate, sushi experts who have a key eye for detail to consistently deliver the highest quality dishes. Zuma Chefs are confident working at a fast pace whilst maintaining Zuma’s high standards.

**The requirements**
- Expert level of knife skills and eye for detail
- High level of experience working in busy sushi sections
- Easily able to switch between work on maki roll/sashimi/nigiri sections
- Eye for detail and ability to create luxury presented sushi platters
