Requisiti richiesti:

- Esperienza pregressa lavorativa, nell’ambito HR o pertinente alla stessa posizione
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e gestione dei conflitti sia virtualmente che nell'interazione in presenza, nonché forte orientamento al cliente
- Metodologia fortemente orientate all‘indipendenze e ottime capacità organizzative
- Spiccata capacità di lavorare in un team (virtuale) e orientamento al servizio elevato
- Ottime competenze informatiche, preferibilmente in MS Office
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (sia scritto che orale)

Descrizione della posizione
Per rafforzare il nostro team stiamo cercando un Operations & HR Administrator (M/F ) con effetto immediato.Farai parte del team HR e sarai l’interfaccia tra i responsabili di reparto (Area Manager), i team leader (Supervisor), e l'intero team HR dei nostri dipendenti nelle principali aree di lavoro. Fornirai supporto, non solo ai dipendenti in loco, ma anche ad altre sedi. Lavorerai direttamente con gli Area Manager e i Supervisor del sito. Una parte importante delle mansioni sarà l’attenzione e la gestione del cliente e gestione delle richieste dei dipendenti, sia virtualmente che localmente.
Responsabilità:

- Gestione delle richiesta dei dipendenti sia virtualmente che in loco
- Gestione delle attività relative alla pianificazione dei turni e degli incarichi nelle aree operative
- Varietà di attività amministrative (ad esempio, gestionale presenze, coordinamento degli orari di lavoro dei dipendenti, elaborazione dei cedolini)
- Preparazione di reportistiche e analisi dati e KPI
- Partecipazione e implementazione di progetti e processi HR
- Revisione regolare dei principali strumenti di lavoro e revisione dei processi HR
- Collaborazione sul sito
