We are recruiting on behalf of our client - one of the world’s leading outsourcing companies providing customer service, technical support, and content moderation services. The company operates in many European markets, including Portugal. The contract will be signed directly with the Portuguese employer.. **About the Role** We are seeking Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialists to support users of a major international payment solutions provider. This is an exciting opportunity to join a multicultural team and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. **Location**: Remote (must be based in Portugal or relocating) **Salary**: €1,000 gross base + €100 gross skill bonus (for 12 months) **Meal Allowance**: €7.63 net per working day **Schedule**: Rotating shifts (Mon-Sun, 08:00-19:00, occasional extension to 21:00), 2 days off/week **Responsibilities**: - Assist with account setup, transactions, and product-related questions - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service quality - Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and processes **What We’re Looking For**: - Fluent-level **Italian (C2)** and fluent **English (B2)**: - Previous experience in customer care or call centre environments (preferred) - Strong digital skills and ability to adapt to new tools - Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills - EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit - Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months (€280/month incl. utilities, deducted from salary) - Flight reimbursement up to €400 (after completing 6 months) ?PORld> Pay: €1,000.00 - €1,100.00 per month Application Question(s): - When can you start working? **Language**: - Italian (required) - English (required)
