Italy - Business management, amministrazione e supporto - Global Wealth Management **ID autom.** - 279842BR **Città** - Milano **Il vostro ruolo** - La risorsa selezionata avrà accesso alla piattaforma di UBS (i.e. equity research, industry team, etc), ed utilizzerà banche dati ed applicativi strumentali all'attività di analisi finanziaria (Mergermarket, Aida, Bloomberg, Lince, Factiva, etc). - Il progetto formativo prevede l'acquisizione di competenze di analisi e riclassifca di bilancio, valutazione d'azienda, business planning, redazione di teaser e information memorandum, preparazione di pitch ed altre attività collegate all'origination e all'execution di mandati M&A e/o ECM (Equity Capital Markets) e/o Debt Advisory. **Il nostro team** - Il tirocinante sarà costantemente affiancato dal tutor e da personale qualificato, intraprenderà un percorso formativo all'interno del Team di Corporate Advisory Group, occupandosi dell'attività di M&A, ECM & Debt Advisory nel segmento "mid market" con specifico focus su aziende ad azionariato familiare. **Questo è ciò che desideriamo** - In particolare, alla risorsa è richiesto: - background in economia, finanza o amministrazione aziendale o ingegneria gestionale - ottime capacità analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi - flessibilità, mentalità aperta e collaborativa - metodo di lavoro indipendente, accurato e attento ai singoli dettagli - buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office e rapidità nell’imparare ad usare nuovi prodotti IT - inglese fluente **Chi siamo** - Consulenza competente.
