We are consistently ranked as the number one bank in Italy for Leveraged Finance, as well as among the top 5 in the EMEA region. The team takes responsibility for structuring, pricing and placement of high yield bonds and syndicated leveraged loans in close coordination with Debt & Equity Capital Markets, Leverage Finance, relationship managers as well as with other banks. Typical transactions include LBO and M&A financings, refinancings, pre/post IPO financings and recapitalizations. **What you'll be doing**: - You’ll be involved in preparation of pitch books, syndication materials, pricings, and roadshow materials for internal and external purposes - You will get an insight into the entire lifecycle of deal - from the initial pitch to the closing of the transaction- You’ll be conducting research on leveraged markets - You will assist with reporting for internal and external purposes - You’ll get to interact closely with colleagues from UniCredit's various leveraged finance units and representatives from other banks **What you'll need to succeed**: - Study in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or related Finance/Business studies - Strong proficiency in oral and written English, further language skills beneficial - Knowledge of accounting standards and corporate finance essentials - Interest to analyze and prepare supporting materials for a variety of corporates - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work in a team and under time pressure - Experience in MS Office products, especially Excel and Power Point - Eagerness to learn, attention to detail and structured manner of work **What you'll get in return**: - The team works in a fast-paced environment, dealing directly with the primary market.
