**Sales Account Engineer/Economist/Analyst**

Sei un/a brillante neolaureato/a in materie STEM (**Ingegneria o Economia**) interessato/a allo sviluppo di una **carriera sfidante e stimolante in WINDTRE**?

Sarai inserito/a, con **contratto a tempo indeterminato**, all’interno del **Sales Growing Lab**, un percorso di crescita e sviluppo professionale, che ti consentirà di acquisire skills tecnico/commerciali sempre crescenti e necessarie per entrare a far parte di un’azienda customer centric.

Nei primi sei mesi, presso uno dei nostri punti vendita di proprietà, avrai l’opportunità di **entrare **a diretto contatto con il cliente, **imparare **a comprenderne le esigenze e **costruire **nuove opportunità di business. Acquisite tutte le competenze necessarie, affiancherai il Team Trasformation&Development, B2B Sales Engineering o B2C Sales Strategies, in linea con le tue attitudini e predisposizioni e al fine di comprendere gli indirizzi aziendali e i KPI di trasformazione.

**Svilupperai **attitudini analitico-gestionali, comunicative e relazionali, utili per organizzare e condurre negoziazioni commerciali efficaci e di valore. **Implementerai **capacità di analisi relative al processo di acquisto e di sviluppo del customer value e **acquisirai **competenze di gestione delle relazioni con gli stakeholders e con le diverse funzioni aziendali.

Il Sales Growing Lab ti permetterà di acquisire le competenze fondamentali per **il tuo percorso di crescita in WINDTRE**

**Principali Attività**:

- Massimizzare le opportunità di vendita dei servizi WINDTRE;
- Gestire la customer base;
- Garantire la migliore customer experience;
- Comprendere i prodotti e i servizi ICT;
- Elaborare progetti per clienti Business.

**Competenze**:

- Laurea in discipline Scientifiche e Tecniche;
- Forte passione ed interesse per il settore TLC;
- Attitudine commerciale e nell’uso di strumenti digitali;
- Ottime doti relazionali, capacità di ascolto, mediazione e negoziazione;
- Buon utilizzo degli strumenti informatici, Windows, Office e social;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei week-end (**solo per i primi sei mesi**).
