Il Gruppo è alla ricerca di un F&B Manager che si occupi della supervisione e gestione dei due outlet di ristorazione presenti, tra cui il ristorante stellato Palais Royal Venezia, il cocktail bar, i servizi breakfast e quelli di room service.

**Mission**:

- Principali Attività:_

**Gestione delle Operazioni F&B**
- Supervisionare tutte le operazioni dei punti vendita F&B, inclusi i due Outlet (bistrot Il Caffè e ristorante stellato Palais Royal), il cocktail bar, i servizi breakfast e room service
- Garantire un'esperienza al cliente all'altezza degli eccellenti standard di servizio
- Ottimizzare i processi operativi per migliorare l'efficienza e la redditività degli outlet

**Gestione Finanziaria**
- Gestire i budget F&B e garantire la redditività delle operazioni
- Supervisionare gli acquisti e la gestione delle scorte
- Analizzare i rapporti finanziari mensili e adottare misure correttive, se necessario

**Gestione del Personale**
- Reclutare, formare e supervisionare il personale F&B
- Garantire il rispetto degli standard di servizio definiti da EVOK COLLECTION
- Definire obiettivi individuali e collettivi e valutare le performance
- Promuovere lo sviluppo professionale e motivare i team per raggiungere l'eccellenza

**Controllo Qualità e Igiene**
- Garantire il rispetto delle norme di igiene e sicurezza alimentare (HACCP)
- Gestire i feedback dei clienti e implementare azioni correttive, se necessario

**Promozione e Marketing**
- Collaborare con il servizio marketing per sviluppare campagne promozionali F&B
- Organizzare e coordinare eventi speciali organizzati da EVOK COLLECTION
- Monitorare le tendenze di consumo e adeguare le strategie di vendita di conseguenza

**Profil**:

- Profilo:_
- 5+ anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente in contesti alberghieri di lusso
- Competenze in ambito analisi dati e food cost
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di problem solving
- Ottime capacità di adattamento ai cambiamenti
- Forte cultura aziendale e atteggiamento propositivo
