**PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE - Approx. 6 months**
- Support contract management registration, archiving and sending acceptance (support activity for Project Controllers)
- Control of invoicing plans, in accordance with contracts
- Invoice registration in Aruba (Support for Project Controllers)
- VAT code control in intercompany invoicing and registration in Aruba
- Control of collections, coordinating with the foreign team dedicated to this activity
- Weekly control of orders issued to suppliers
- Support to managers in drafting the project progress report

These include:

- Economic and financial background (Diploma or Degree in Economics)
- Minimum 2 years experoemce in accounting and finance roles
- Experience of working in Finance team
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based and international environment, and able to build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Skills in using the Office package, particularly Excel and previous experience with accounting software
- Fluent in Italian with very good English, both spoken and written
