**MECHANICAL INTEGRATION DESIGNER - RAIL DOMAIN (CREO/CATIA V5)**

La risorsa selezionata opererà all’interno di un team chiamato a fornire supporto ingegneristico a programmi di sviluppo relativi a veicoli ferroviari, in un contesto R&D tecnologicamente all’avanguardia.
**Role Overview**:
In particolare si occuperà di:
- Supporto e coordinamento durante le fasi di gara e di sviluppo del progetto tecnico;
- Definizione della soluzione concettuale per l’integrazione a bordo delle apparecchiature;
- Concept ed analisi delle tolleranze per l’ integrazione delle apparecchiature;
- Analisi delle proposte tecniche dei fornitori;
- Verifica di disegni/documenti (elettrici, meccanici, ecc.) per installazione/integrazione a bordo;
- Verifica dei report di analisi FEM;
- Supporto durante la fase di test;
- Supporto durante la fase di installazione a bordo;
- Revisione della progettazione con clienti e fornitori;
- Gestione dei ritorni di produzione;
- Prevenire probabili problematiche che potrebbero scaturire in fase di produzione.
**Work Experience**Specialized Knowledge, Background & Skills**:
- Laurea in ingegneria meccanica o titolo equivalente;
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel settore ferroviario;
- Conoscenze di base elettronica e meccanica;
- Conoscenza degli schemi pneumatici ed elettrici;
- Conoscenza delle connessioni bullonate, rivettate ed incollate;
- Conoscenza dei processi ingegneristici ferroviari;
- Conoscenza software CAD (CATIA, PTC CREO ed AUTOCAD)
Completano il profilo ideale spiccate doti analitiche, di problem solving, organizzazione e metodo, orientamento al risultato, affidabilità, senso dell’urgenza, attitudine al lavoro in team nonché forti capacità di comunicazione e gestione delle relazioni, unitamente a flessibilità organizzativa e disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte.
