E-commerce Performance Marketing Internship Program

You will have the chance to give your contribution, being involved from Day 1 in exciting projects aimed at continuously enhancing Luxottica's presence in the word.

In particular, we are looking for brilliant profiles to join our Performance Marketing Team having the chance to focus on the Ecommerce department and all the digital activities related to EssilorLuxottica brands.

Here 3 roles that could suit you:
**Performance Marketing Assistant**
- Manage with performance marketing team the digital activities of the EssilorLuxottica brands with the aim to improve the online business for our E-COM websites
- Build and share with internal/external stakeholders weekly & monthly reports about performance marketing activities
- Support our Marketing team with campaign planning and execution across different platform
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, revenues and ROAS
- Constantly optimize campaigns and work with our team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

**Affiliate Marketing Assistant**
- Network Development: Support the management of affiliate networks, publisher relationships and direct cooperations, with a focus on growing performances and awareness
- Reporting & Analysis: Weekly/monthly reporting and analysis of performance (from Adobe/Google and affiliate dashboards)
- Cooperation: Collaboration with business team for the execution of commercial plans and coordination with content team for the production of dedicated creative assets. Cooperate with the rest of the e-commerce team and other corporate functions to ensure full alignment with company objectives
- Innovation: thinking out of the box, looking for new partners and scouting new business opportunities in order to drive incremental sales.

**SEO Assistant**
- Data analysis: Run analyses on the market and competitors to discover new sources of traffic and other revenue opportunities, to be discussed with the internal stakeholders. Support the team in understanding the reasons behind sudden shifts of traffic
- Tag management: support the maintenance of an healthy tag structure within our portfolio of brands
- SEO audit: run automated audits and perform pre-release checks to make sure SEO basics are covered across our portfolio of brands
- PR outreach: support team effort in contacting third parties to make sure our links profile stays healthy

**PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE**

This is 6 months paid internship that will start in July, and which will require full-time commitment.
