**Research technician - Infections and Cystic Fibrosis Unit**:
IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan, Italy, is looking for a Research Technician to join the Infections and Cystic Fibrosis Unit at the Division of Immunology, Transplantation and Infectious Diseases. Recent work in our lab integrates basic and pre-clinical research through a translational approach. We aim to: i) understand the genetic and molecular mechanisms involved in the host-pathogen interactions during initial and persistent infection, and ii) define new and better approaches to treat infections and cystic fibrosis.

**Main activities**:
manipulation and surgery in mouse models;
in vivo infections with clinical bacterial strains;
treatments with several drugs and different route of administrations including aerosol;
microbiological and immunological analysis;
data analysis.
