Director - International Business / Global Head - Sales & Marketing

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. National Sales Strategy**
- Define and implement a country-wide sales roadmap for Rashmi DI Pipes in Italy.
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue, margin, and market penetration targets.
- Build long-term growth strategies aligned with Rashmi’s global expansion plans.

**2. Market Development & Client Acquisition**
- Identify business opportunities in **municipal water projects, sewerage systems, industrial pipelines, and infrastructure contracts**.
- Engage directly with key stakeholders including **utilities, contractors, project consultants**, and **tendering authorities**.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums.

**3. Partner & Channel Network**
- Develop and manage a nationwide network of **distributors, agents, and channel partners**.
- Execute onboarding, pricing strategies, sales promotions, and dealer incentive programs.
- Ensure timely delivery, technical support, and customer satisfaction through efficient partner engagement.

**4. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Build and lead a local sales and service team in Italy.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, technical, and finance teams in India for seamless execution.
- Provide monthly dashboards, pipeline updates, and competitive intelligence to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred); MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum **10-15 years** of experience in **industrial/B2B sales**, with **5+ years in DI pipe or water infrastructure products** in the **European market**.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Familiarity with **Italian public procurement**, infrastructure development norms, and regulatory landscape.
- Proficient in **Italian and English**.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
