**Chaberton Professionals**, a division of **Chaberton Partners** specialized in the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, is currently looking for an experienced **Key Account Manager**on behalf of a company based in Milan, specialized in the design, production, and commercialization of electronic instrumentation for the industrial electrical market.
Reporting directly to senior management, the Key Account Manager will join the commercial development team, focusing on the promotion and growth of advanced solutions for electrical energy measurement and communication systems. The role will play a key part in enhancing the effectiveness of commercial actions aimed at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect new clients with high growth potential
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients within the portfolio
- Identify relevant trade fairs and ensure the company’s strategic participation
- Coordinate initiatives to optimize the customer journey and experience, working closely with internal teams (product and customer marketing, engineering, quality, supply chain, etc.)
- Monitor market trends to anticipate future needs and opportunities
- Ensure the achievement of sales and margin targets
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within a technical B2B sales environment, preferably in the energy or electrical sectors
- Strong customer focus and results orientation, with excellent analytical, communication, and synthesis skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional project teams, with enthusiasm and collaborative mindset
- Excellent command of English (German is a strong plus)
- Availability to travel frequently across Europe
