Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Leading continuous improvement activities in a specific section of the Site;
- Monitoring Grunenthal´s Business system (GOBS) progress and participate in site improvement assessments as well as developing and ensuring follow-through on improvement plans;
- Driving change management in the assigned area by training and follow up of Lean/Six Sigma and TPM concepts;
- Support upper management in KPIs monitoring and decision taking;
- Sharing of good manufacturing and best demonstrated practices.

**What you'll bring to the table**:
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry,..)
- At least 2 years of experience (e.g. Pharma, Cosmetics, Food, etc.);
- First experiences driving OPEXc transformations, Lean & Six Sigma Projects and TPM deployment;
- 1-2 years of continuous improvement leadership, implementing Lean and Six Sigma or other OPEXc transformations;
- Strong data analysis skills;
- Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint and in the use of mini-tab tools;
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills;
- Being fluent in English and Italian would finalize your profile.
