Le principali responsabilità includono:

- Vendita proattiva e reattiva degli eventi sia a livello individuale che di team, con obiettivo il raggiungimento dei traguardi di budget
- Collaborare con il General Manager nella gestione delle relazioni con i partner su progetti interni ed esterni
- Collaborare con i partners delegati per la vendita e gestione degli eventi moda
- Gestione e valutazione, congiuntamente al General Manager, delle richieste di utilizzo della Piazza del Portrait per eventi.
- Gestire l’intero ciclo degli eventi in Piazza del Portrait: negoziazione, contrattualizzazione, aspetti legali di contratto e di autorizzazioni enti competenti esterni - garantendo un coordinamento efficace ed efficiente.
- Assicurare il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e delle normative Health & Safety, con il supporto degli organi interni ed esterni.
- Gestione del budget dedicato agli eventi.

Requisiti:

- Conoscenza approfondita dei principali attori del panorama milanese e delle sue community.
- Solida esperienza nella produzione e gestione di grandi eventi.
- Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese.
- Sensibilità verso il posizionamento del brand e la filosofia dell’ospitalità Portrait.
- Capacità di comprendere e gestire le dinamiche relazionali interne alla Piazza di Portrait Milano.
