KOINE' SRL ricerca per le proprie sedi di Maerne di Martellago (VE) un Customer Care Specialist per servizio multilingue in lingua TEDESCA.
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team multilingue per attività inbound di assistenza rivolta a clienti internazionali.

Si richiede competenza nella lingua TEDESCA a livello madrelingua. Si richiede inoltre padronanza della lingua italiana.

Preferibile esperienza in help desk, call center o simili.
Si richiede buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, ottime doti comunicative, disponibilità immediata, nella fascia oraria compresa tra le ore 8.00 e le ore 23.00, dal lunedì alla domenica.
