**Posizione**:
In order to implement our Powder Colour Development team, we are looking for a Formula Development Manager

You will plan, direct, and coordinate all activities aimed at the development and/or improvement of cosmetic formulations and related production methods.

Main tasks:

- Cooperation with the Sales function in managing customers, both in preliminary and feasibility analysis and final formula development
- Cooperation with the Final Product Design (Product Development) and Manufacturing Process Industrialization functions in the development of bulk production processes with emphasis on their scalability on plants
- Coordination with Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs functions for verification and compliance of developed formulas
- Ensure the realization of development objectives and the execution of plans and programs within the time, cost and manner defined in budgets, from the most general one related to its function to those specific to individual projects
- Taking care of the innovation of working methods by introducing and promoting the use of advanced equipment and instruments

**Requisiti**:

- 5 -7 years of experience in color in a cosmetic company
- Good knowledge of English language
- Ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
- Willingness to travel
