É stato lui ad inventare l’Original Recipe, la ricetta che contiene un inimitabile mix segreto di erbe e spezie, preparata ancora oggi e tipica del brand.

Ogni giorno negli oltre **24.000 ristoranti** in piú di 145 paesi i cuochi KFC preparano il pollo al momento, lavorandolo a mano e seguendo con cura tutti i passaggi, dalla panatura fino alla cottura, per ottenere un prodotto fragrante e irresistibile.

In Italia **KFC** arriva nel **2014 **e conta oggi più di 100 ristoranti.

**Posizione**:
Siamo alla ricerca di una figura da inserire in **stage**, che supporterà le attività dell’ufficio Legal, fornendo supporto legale alle diverse funzioni aziendali (ad es. Development, Marketing, Finance, HR, Delivery, IT, etc.).

Affiancando il Legal Counsel, si occuperà in particolare di predisporre, revisionare e negoziare la** contrattualistica aziendale **(es. contratti di appalto, di locazione e affitto di ramo d’azienda, di co-marketing, di franchising, etc.) e di **vigilare sul rispetto della normativa** di settore applicabile (inclusa normativa Antitrust, Privacy, Whistleblowing, D. Lgs. 231/2001, etc.), contribuendo a predisporre e aggiornare le policy aziendali.

Con il supporto di consulenti esterni, seguirà inoltre eventuali contenziosi.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Giurisprudenza, con voto di laurea pari o superiore a 105/110
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- verranno valutati come requisito preferenziali l’aver sostenuto esami o aver avuto precedenti esperienze in ambito Privacy e/o Real Estate;
- capacità di ragionamento giuridico;
- predisposizione al problem solving;
- buone doti comunicative e relazionali
