**Accounting Specialist**

Tale figura professionale, a cui verrà assegnato un portafoglio clienti, si occuperà in autonomia delle seguenti attività.
- Predisposizione di bilanci di esercizio e management reports con applicazione dei principi contabili nazionali ed internazionali
- Gestione della contabilità e registrazioni contabili: ciclo attivo e ciclo passivo, banca e cassa, note spese, scritture del personale, scritture di rettifica e assestamento di fine periodo e di fine esercizio
- Gestione delle liquidazioni Iva e delle ritenute d’acconto
- Predisposizione e invio delle comunicazioni e dichiarazioni periodiche Iva e dei sostituti di imposta
- Monitoraggio e gestione delle scadenze e delle procedure amministrative
- Supervisione e affiancamento di profili junior
- Relazione con il cliente

Competenze e soft skills
- Competenza in contabilità generale e contabilità analitica, conoscenza dei principi contabili italiani e internazionali
- Conoscenza delle procedure amministrativo-contabili
- Competenze nella disciplina dei bilanci di esercizio e nella finalizzazione di management reports
- Conoscenza degli adempimenti fiscali periodici e annuali
- Padronanza degli strumenti informatici (Excel)
- Conoscenza di software gestionali per la contabilità e ERP (Zucchetti, Profis, TeamSystem, Datev)
- Doti analitiche
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
- Iniziativa, motivazione ed entusiasmo per l’attività professionale
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team
- Affidabilità, serietà, integrità e onestà, massima discrezione sui dati dei clienti
- Flessibilità e abilità organizzative e di gestione del tempo
- Rispetto dei tempi e delle scadenze

E' richiesta un’ottima conoscenza dei principi contabili italiani e della lingua inglese, piena padronanza di MS Office e dei software contabili.
