**What you will do during your experience with us**:
Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the **Chef de Partie** will be responsible for supporting the kitchen brigade during service operations, in accordance with our company philosophy, operational standards, and procedures. The role contributes to creating a harmonious working environment with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.

**Qualifications**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the preparation of all dishes, as well as the cleanliness and organization of the assigned station.
- Maintain a professional and ethically sound relationship with colleagues, suppliers, and guests.
- Be proactive in teamwork and foster a collaborative environment.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP regulations (e.g., checking fridge temperatures, labeling prepared and unprepared food, sanitizing workstations, using products as per HACCP requirements, etc.).
- Monitor the correct use and maintenance of equipment and tools provide
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Attend and contribute to all training sessions and meetings as required.
- Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

- Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
- Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
