Azienda commerciale attiva nella fornitura di servizi di assistenza técnica e manutenzione programmata ricerca una figura con esperienza da inserire come Area Sales Manager, dedicato allo sviluppo e alla gestione dei rapporti commerciali in un’area territoriale assegnata.

Mansioni principali
- Coordinamento e supporto operativo alla rete commerciale sul territorio;
- Gestione delle relazioni con clienti attivi e potenziali, con attività di fidelizzazione;
- Analisi dei dati di vendita e predisposizione di report periodici;
- Collaborazione con la direzione per l’elaborazione e l’attuazione di strategie di sviluppo.

Requisiti richiesti
- Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di team o reti commerciali;
- Ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali;
- Predisposizione al lavoro per obiettivi e alla gestione autonoma delle attività;
- Conoscenza base degli strumenti informatici (Excel, posta elettronica, gestionali).

Offerta
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato;
- Orario full time, dal lunedì al venerdì;
- Procedure e strumenti forniti dall’azienda per lo svolgimento delle mansioni;
- Retribuzione composta da parte fissa e incentivi variabili legati ai risultati.
