**Posizione**:
Per la nostra struttura interna di Service Desk siamo alla ricerca di un **SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST **che si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Front End e Back Office per Clienti Enterprise e Utenti interni Lutech
- Monitoraggio dell’operatività dell’infrastruttura tecnologica con piattaforma basata su Nagios
- Apertura, presa in carico e gestione di ticket [nel rispetto degli SLA e delle procedure previste].
- Analisi delle richieste e applicazione delle procedure nell’ambito del processo di Incident Management [e Problem Management]
- Troubleshooting di primo livello nei diversi campi tecnologici (pc, sistemi, network, security)
- Applicare i processi di escalation secondo le procedure previste
- Apertura di segnalazioni per manutenzioni hardware e monitoraggio del processo
- Chiusura delle richieste sulla base delle segnalazioni ricevute
- Esecuzione controlli e report periodici
**Requisiti**:
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office
- Conoscenza di base delle reti TCP/IP
- Conoscenza di base delle architetture HW
- Predisposizione all’assistenza utente e/o cliente e al troubleshooting
