POSITION

We are looking for a Concierge Manager to join our team in our flagship store in Via Montenapoleone in Milan. This person will manage the daily operations by assisting our guests with enthusiasm, efficiency and professionalism at all times.

**Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Has the ability to perfectly present and behave according to and following the company guidelines, being a brand ambassador of the brand.
- Delivers an excellent/efficient managing of the welcome and the waiting time of our guests following the company guidelines.
- Being someone who is agile, curious, empathetic and client oriented to anticipate and understand client needs.
- Managing the butler team to assure an excellent and timely service for our guests
- strong commercial mindset to support the store business while guarantee the best experience for our guests.
- Being able to build awareness of city activities (place to be, restaurants, exhibitions, etc) and major international calendar

PROFILE
- 3-5 years in luxury environment (hospitalities, retail, private jet/cruise company etc.)
- Has a strong network of local useful contacts (restaurant, hotel, etc.) for achieving client request out of store.
- Strong communication skills to manage clients requests and to be able to escalate when needed to the SM.
- fluent Italian and English required (additional languages are a plus)
