Per importante azienda cliente operante nella produzione e distribuzione di sistemi di fissaggio, ricerchiamo la figura di un Regional Sales Account.

La risorsa, riportando all’Area manager, avrà i seguenti compiti:

- Coordinare e guidare la forza vendita (agenti plurimandatari) sul territorio assegnato attraverso attività di affiancamento su clienti acquisiti e prospect nel canale retail e edilizia;
- Definizione di un piano strategico sull’Area assegnata da condividere con l’Area manager;
- Scouting di nuovi clienti con eventuale gestione diretta per quelli ad alto potenziale;
Richiediamo:

- Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico;
- Residenza regioni interessate;
- Provenienza settore edilizia, ferramenta ecc.;
- Esperienza di 3-4 anni nella gestione di team commerciali (agenti o venditori diretti); Comprovata conoscenza del territorio;
- Padronanza pacchetto office;
- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e sotto stress completano il profilo.

Offriamo:
Inserimento diretto a tempo determinato 12 mesi

Luogo di lavoro: Area Lazio, Toscana, Umbria

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 12 mesi
