**Purpose of Position**:Supporting the management of direct and indirect sales for a specific group of customers in the Global Accounts Team, the person has the task of supporting the achievement of company objectives in terms of turnover and gross margin and supporting the dedicated Team Member in the preparation of company visits, proposals drafting, products identification and sales support. Meanwhile, he/she guarantees the necessary technical/commercial proximity to customers, seeking new commercial opportunities, in coordination with the related Team Member of the Global Accounts, in order to leverage the business all over EMEA Countries.
**Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities**:
- Support the relation with existing customers in coordination with Sales Team
- Handle customer requires such as new projects, pricing and forecasting
- Ensures the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely and quality manner.
- Runs a first assessment of the project feasibility in terms of impact on the other functions (R&D, QA, Marketing, Operations, Procurement) and be the point of contact of the Global Accounts Team Member
- Project management
- Resolves any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Support in the generation of new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Attends the exhibitions and customer meetings to maintain network with existing customers and create new opportunities
**Requirements**:
- ** Education**: Degree in Economics/Business or equivalent experience
- ** Professional Skills**: Excellent communication skills; Customer’s relation & negotiation; Capability to score new business; Ability to analyze numbers; Forecasting techniques; Project Management; Products: general knowledge about food ingredients (preferable)
- ** Experience**: 3+ years of experience in Customer Service/Sales Support, preferably in B2B companies in food sector
- ** Language Skills**: Proficient in Italian and English, third language is preferable
- ** Computer Skills**: MS office (Excel) mandatory

- ** Others**: availability to travel in the EMEA Region
