FDM Business Services azienda leader nel settore della Gestione Documentale e BPO, offre servizi integrati e multicanale a supporto di tutte le fasi di vita e gestione dei documenti.
Attualmente siamo alla ricerca di nuove risorse con profilo ORDER MANAGEMENT.
La risorsa sarà inserita da un nostro cliente di primaria importanza (Milano centro) e si occuperà delle attività sommariamente descritte:
- Attività di back office e data entry con utilizzo di sistemi CRM e gestionali specifici
- Gestione contestazioni
- Inserimento e gestione ordini (web ed ordinari)
- Gestione anagrafiche
- Controllo condizioni commerciali, aggiornamento listini, schede tecniche
- Monitoraggio ed approvvigionamento ordini e stock merci a magazzino
- Gestione ed emissione note credito/note debito
La risorsa possiede i seguenti requisiti obbligatori:
- diploma o laurea
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- esperienza nel ruolo e/o esperienza in azienda di servizi di almeno 2 anni
- buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
- buone capacità di utilizzo pacchetto Office
- buona conoscenza sistema gestionale SAP
**La disponibilità ad un inserimento immediato sarà titolo preferenziale di selezione.**
Il contratto iniziale previsto è a tempo determinato di 12 mesi finalizzato ad una possibile stabilizzazione
Offerta ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91 rivolta a entrambi i sessi e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
