At The St. Regis Rome we are looking a for a F&B Management Trainee, who will ha the opportunity to support the F&B department in:

- Operational support in several of the Food and Beverage outlets, taking on increasing levels of responsibility to fully understand the department from a variety of perspectives. The outlets may include Banqueting Operation, Lumen Cocktails and Cuisine, In Room Dining,
- Assist F&B management with administration tasks such as PPT, Excels and projects.
- Supporting the supervision of the operations of Food & Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
- Provide support to the operation by completing managerial general tasks, projects and duties of increasing responsibility for the Food & Beverage department.
- Provide administration support to the F&B Director and Executive Chef in menu corrections and promotional documentation of F&B activities.
- Undergo HACCP, Food Compliance & Food Allergen Awareness training as per Marriott International.
- Working closely to the F&B Director and Executive Chef, supporting the completion of tasks provided by the General Manager of the hotel.
- Report directly to the F&B Director.

Required : Proficient English and Italian
