Our client, an eCommerce expert, is searching for a Delivery Service Product Manager to join their project in Milan/Italy.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development, selection, assessment, and elimination of franchisee sites

within the jurisdiction, effectively manage the sites, and complete business indicators

Guide and supervise the operation and implementation of franchisee sites, provide training for

the sites, and regularly monitor the operating conditions of the sites. Diagnose and make

recommendations for rectification

Coordinate inter-site, distribution and inter-site business, solve problems in the

implementation process in time, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure revenue growth and

market share increase

Responsible for team building and management, cultivating talents.

Qualifications:
Have more than 5 years of relevant work experience in provincial network management,

channel management or franchisee management in the express delivery industry

Have a good sense of customer service, be good at listening and expressing, have excellent

teamwork and communication skills

Strong work planning, clear thinking, strong ability to promote execution, strong ability to

resist pressure, and adapt to global business trips

Full-time college degree or above, logistics management and other related majors are

preferred

Italian and English on a fluent level, Chinese preferred.
