Responsabilità:

- Monitoraggio e gestione degli ordini dei clienti: assicurati che gli ordini dei clienti vengano evasi in modo tempestivo e accurato.
- Assistenza post-vendita: fornisci supporto ai clienti dopo l'acquisto, rispondendo a qualsiasi domanda o risolvendo eventuali problemi.
- Collaborazione con altri dipartimenti: lavora a stretto contatto con il team di vendita e il reparto logistico per garantire un servizio clienti di alta qualità.

Requisiti:

- Laurea triennale in Economia, Marketing o discipline affini.
- Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo di customer service, preferibilmente nel settore chimico, farmaceutico o cosmetico.
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
- Capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente e di lavorare sotto pressione.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e di gestione dei clienti (CRM).
- Capacità di problem solving e di gestione dei reclami.
